Upcoming Events:

*Tomorrow: Our 4/5/6 boys’ and girls’ basketball teams are playing in their league tournament at Hope Lutheran, 6308 Quivira Rd., Shawnee, KS 66216.  They have both had one game.  The girls’ next game is at 2:00, tomorrow (Saturday), and the boys’ game is at 3:00 tomorrow (Saturday).  Please come and cheer us on! 

*WE SING in church THIS SUNDAY!

Who:  Kindergarten-8th grades

When: Sunday, February 3^rd, at the 8:00 and 9:30 services at the R.D. Mize campus.

What to Wear:  Timothy Gear or School Colors (navy/red)

What:  Students will sing, a photo slideshow will be displayed, students will help lead parts of the service.

*Book reports are due Monday, February 4^th.  Students, be ready with that oral report!

*Student-Led Parent/Teacher conferences are coming up on February 14^th and 15^th.  We dismiss at 1:00 both days.  I am a youth counselor for Timothy’s middle schoolers and am attending their Youth Quake trip that weekend.   We leave at 3:30 on the 15^th, so I will be able to meet all afternoon/evening on the 14^th, and for just a few hours on the 15^th.  If you need another afternoon or evening, please let me know!

Social Studies:

We have finished Chapter 2 in our Missouri History books.  We will review next week, and test over this on Friday.  Study guides will come home Monday. 

Science:  Mrs. Stack will be next week to go over testable questions and hypothesis.
