Science Test, Early Dismissal, Chapel, and P/T Conferences

 Hi, parents!  There are a few things that I forgot to include in my newsletter last week, so I thought I would send you a quick note!  

1. We are having our first Science Test this Friday, October 17th.  The kiddos brought home a study guide yesterday, and we will be reviewing today with this fun Jeopardy game.  :) If you get a chance to pull this up on a tablet or computer at home before Friday, it is a fun way to review.  It is a Google Slide.

2. We have an early dismissal on Friday at 12:30. It is the last day of the 1^st quarter, and we are dismissing early so teachers can work on grade cards.  That being said, all corrections on work are due to me by Friday as well.  Papers that come home this week will not be able to be corrected for an improved grade.  Thank you for understanding.  
   
   
3. 4^th grade hosts Chapel next week!  We will be teaching on Psalm 121 and about not being discouraged because our help comes from the Lord.  🙂 Chapel begins at 8:45. Please come if you can!
   
   
4. We have early dismissal next Thursday and Friday at 12:30 because we will be beginning Parent/Teacher conferences at 1:00 on both days.  This is just a parent and teacher conference.  We will be discussing the 1^st quarter grade card, the NWEA test results, and how your kiddo is doing in school.  I am excited to meet with each of you!  Most of you have signed up for conferences already, but if you have not, here is the link:
