Here is what we have been up to this week:
Religion- We talked about Abram and Lot, and how God
blesses people through trials. We
discussed the commandments and their meanings, and what to do when we struggle
with them and fail. We have such a
loving God that gives us forgiveness daily!
We also have been digging into God’s Word and learning all about His
amazing gifts! We studied Abraham and
Isaac and discussed Abraham’s awesome faith.
On September 11th, we discussed the horrific events of that
day eighteen years ago, but we also talked about how God loves us, how He is in
charge, and how we are NEVER separated from His LOVE. We used the verse below for inspiration for
illustrations.
For I am sure that
neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to
come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will
be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. ~Romans 8: 37-38

We shared our Oral history interviews today and we learned so much from those too… THANK YOU to those of you that helped with that!
