Here’s what we have been up to:

In Religion , we learned about what repentance…and thank goodness God forgives us!   We also practiced, practiced, practiced for our Chapel presentation.  Today, we talked about Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter.  We ended the day by watching the video to the song, “Watch the Lamb,” by Ray Boltz.  I have included the link here if you wish to view with your family.  Beautiful song…  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YU4q7-c4v4&list=PLkaSjo2I1itTsvhzCK0QJ-BEQGudmrIlw

Memory for next week:
April 7-I Am Jesus Little Lamb
I am Jesus' little lamb,
Ever glad at heart I am;
For my Shepherd gently guides me,
Knows my need, and well provides me,
Loves me every day the same,
Even calls me by my name.

April 10- Day by day, at home, away,
Jesus is my Staff and Stay.
When I hunger, Jesus feeds me,
Into pleasant pastures leads me;
When I thirst, He bids me go
Where the quiet waters flow.

Language Arts: 3rd graders read the nonfiction selection called, Oliver K. Woodman,” the story of a traveling wood doll and his adventures.  4th graders read, “The Ever-Living Tree,” which informed us about the redwood forests.  4th graders shared their beautiful windsocks…they are hanging in the hallway!  Please check them out.  All students received details about their biography book report project.  They will read the book at home, or during free time here at school, take notes on their own, and do the report at home, but the project will be completed here school.  The only the supplies we need from you are large brown paper bags.  If you are able to send one or more in, please do so!  Thank you so much!  During DEAR time, we began reading E.B.
