Just a quick note...

Hello, 4th grade parents!   The snow, weather, EVERYTHING has been crazy, huh?!  I am just sending a quick note about our week….

 

• STUDENT-LED PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES are this week.  Most of you have rescheduled, but if you have not, please do so.  Thank you so much...and I am so sorry about this inconvenience!  Students practiced today.   If these dates don’t work for you, please let me know and we will find another time that works.  Thank you!  Here is the link:

• CHAPEL- We lead Chapel tomorrow!  We will have a special message about loving our neighbors.  You are always welcome to attend!  Chapel begins at 9:00. 

 

• MEMORY this week:  --only on Friday, February 25^th:  Students can say all or parts of the Apostles’ Creed.  Be ready to recite the entire creed by Mach 1^st. 

 

• We will not have SPELLING WORDS this week.  We will have a reading selection with new vocabulary words. 

 

• February mystery BOOK REPORTS are due Monday, February 28^th. 

 

• Our SCIENCE test will be tomorrow!  This gives students one more day to study!  (Science books were sent home last week.)  There are samples of both the animal and plant cells in the book.

• In COMPUTER class today, we started playing the online game site, Prodigy.  This has excellent math games, plus it is a lot of fun!  I have sent home a note with your child today about how to login and play at home.  Please check your child’s Homework Folder.  Thank you!

 

• Today is Mrs. Anderson’s birthday!  So, if you get the chance, please give her some birthday wishes and prayers!
